*Terms and Conditions - Referral program:

  • The Referral Program is open to anyone with a valid U.S. tax identification number who refers a homeowner that:

    1. Signs an OurStay Vacations vacation rental management agreement with a term of at least one year, and

    2. Has their property listed on the OurStay Vacations platform for at least 30 days,
      and

    3. The property is located in a state that allows payment of referral fees to unlicensed persons.

  • Our standard referral bonus is up to $2,000 USD, based on bedroom count:

    • $300 for 0–1 bedroom

    • $500 for 2 bedroom

    • $750 for 3 bedrooms

    • $1,000 for 4 bedrooms

    • $1,500 for 5 bedrooms

    • $2,000 for 6+ bedrooms

    The amount is subject to change based on the property’s size, location, and earning potential. Any adjustments will be confirmed before the referral agreement is finalized.

  • Yes. Certain states prohibit or severely restrict paying referral fees to unlicensed individuals. These include (but are not limited to):
    AK, AL, AR, CO, CT, DE, DC, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, PA, PR, RI, SC, TN, TX, VA, WV, WI, WY.

    OurStay Vacations may also, in its sole discretion, determine other regulations or conditions that make a referral ineligible.

  • All referrals must be submitted through our official referral form before we make contact with the homeowner. Only the first person to submit a valid lead will be credited if duplicates occur. Retroactive submissions will not qualify for the bonus.

  • If eligible, the referrer will receive payment via ACH or check after completing a W-9 and providing any required information. Payments are typically processed 3 months after the referred home meets all eligibility requirements, provided the property remains under management during that time.

  • Only bona fide, good-faith referrals are eligible. Referrals involving family, relatives, friends, or cohabitants are not eligible. The referred homeowner must not already be in discussions with OurStay Vacations.

  • Yes. OurStay Vacations reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time without liability, and to deny payment in cases of fraud, tampering, technical errors, or violations of program terms.
